Questions owners ask before booking

Do you take puppies or nervous dogs?

Yes. First visits are kept short and positive, and nervous or senior dogs get a slower approach. Share this when you text so the team can plan handling and timing.

What should I share before scheduling?

Breed or mix, weight, age, coat condition (any matting?), temperament, and health notes. A photo of the coat helps the team estimate accurately.

Are vaccination records required?

Ask when you book which current records are needed for your dog and appointment type: requirements are confirmed directly with the salon.

How long does a groom take?

Most grooms take 2 to 4 hours depending on coat condition and the dog's behavior. Drop-off and pickup timing is confirmed when you book.

How does pricing work with matting or behavior?

The price guide is the starting point. Anything driven by coat condition or behavior is discussed upfront when you call or text, never added silently at pickup.

How do I book?

Text or call (617) 595-6650. There is no online form. The team discusses the service, price estimate, and timing directly with you.

Still deciding? Just ask.

Send a photo of your dog, and we'll suggest the right services and discuss pricing.
